Breast Implants surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

Well, I am a natural DD and let me tell ya - its not as great as you may think.

All your clothes have to be tailored to fit because otherwise they hang on you like a tank/tent. Spandex will become your best friend and you suddenly become someone with a lot of hoochie-momma dresses in your closet ONLY because they dont have to be tailored and saves on $$. For other clothes, you will have to buy sizes way bigger than you do now and have to have them taken in at the waist. ITS A PAIN IN THE BUTT.

You will always feel overweight - even when you arent

Lots of guys will no longer look you in the eyes - or hear you for that matter

Its a lot more weight than you realize. Get a prosthesis for the size you want and walk around with it on for a week, if you cant stand straight, then dont do it - you will look like the hunchback of Notre dame by time you are 50.

Get ready to do lots of back exercises cause your back is gonna hurt all the time if you dont.

I would suggest a C cup or maybe even a D but more than that - its not gonna be what you think it is gonna be.

Also, it is hard to get people to take you seriously at work, they automatically think that attractive = dumb. Its terrible but true. I have a high IQ but I have to set a lot of people straight on that issue because society has everyone conviced that you have to be ugly to be smart.

I am kind of a freek, I love fake boobs I would support someone being as big they want too. I know of a woman who was a 34b she got over 500cc silicone gels now she is a full d. I am sure you are going to need about 600-700cc? This all depends on your body frame and the size of your ribcage.
Some women might have to do it in two steps.

You've got to be kidding. Why? You would risk all the potential problems just to change your appearance to please some shallow minded neanderthals? There's nothing wrong with B cups. They will take you well into your fifties and sixties with no problems whatsoever... whereas those gigantic monsters will be nothing but trouble the rest of your entire life.

Heed Anna's advice and try it on for awhile.

saline implants seem to be the best, however, make sure it is what you want to do. the DD-F range is very large, very heavy and put a pretty good strain on your back. just be careful...

Ya know... a C cup is a handful. Why not start there? Why would anyone want titties that big? The people I know who have naturally had breasts that large, had breast reductions.

NEVER get saline. They're like water. Very unrealistic. Would squeezing a baggie filled with salt water turn anyone on?

Hmm...you could just be happy with what you have. :) Despite what others may say and do, you are NOT defined by physical assets. Forget about advertisers flaunting buxom women to sell products. Be happy with what you have and that will extend to others.

there is this new type that is under testing. hopefully it will be out soon.
All they do is inject Silicon into your breast every second week to give time for stretching. and also allows a more natural and even look

honey...u don't want to go that big..you're setting yourself up for a host of problems later on in life, the least of which will be constant back pain...when you go up in size that much, everyone will be able to tell that your boobs are fake...be happy with what you are and confident in your looks
