Unless your guests are not US citizens, then you're actually catering for 6 Americans, so simply follow US tradition regarding your Thanksgiving day feast:

1. Roast Turkey/stuffing
2. Mashed taters-n-gravy
3. Corn, peas, or green beens/bacon/onions...
4. Dinner rolls/butter
5. Relish tray--olives,celery,and scallions
6. Cranberry sauce
7. Red Wine and water
8. Pumpkin pie/whipped cream

turkey, ham, chicken, venison, mashed potato's, sweet potato's, biscuits, gravy, green beans, peas, carrots, corn, dressing, cranberry salad, wine, coke, seven - up, tea, coffee, mince pie, pumpkin pie, rhubarb pie, chocolate cake, spice cake, ice cream, jello.
