You can have an overactive thyroid but my guess is you probably eat many times through the day which causes your metabolism to speed up and burn it up.

Try eating two or 3 big high calorie meals a day and dont eat inbetween or through the day. And quit eating all them healthy vegetables!! That should slow down the metabolism :)

I don't know if you smoke or not. But I used to be pretty small and smoked. I finally quit and gained about 10 lbs. i have never looked better. But if you don't smoke just try eating as you do normally and count how many calories you eat a day. Then each day try and eat 200 more calories more, then next day 400 more calories than usual, and on and one. And when you eat dont eat empty calorie foods (cookies, cake). Eat meat, and white starches (potatoes, rice) and drink one full glass of the full milk twice a day also (one in the morn and one at nite).
