I am the one who issued the warning 2 hours before Tsunami struck our Indian coast. My warning should have saved the life of several thousand. I used my knowledge and the instrument that cost only 25 $ to issue the warning. I have documental and scientific proofs with me . Nobody bothers from my country to find out the fact. The 25 $ quake alarm has proved its capability in several occasions including on the day of Tsunami. Now after about 2 years our government accepted that I issued the warning. but their policy is to respond only if the warning comes from meteorological department. I have designed more than 50 types of safety equipments. Some times it is copied by others.
