I do some buying on line but curently only use two sights. I have seen some things on a differant sight that I'd consider but I don't know if they can be trusted. Just wondering if there is some way to find out! Thanks

Here's an easier way. If you dont use Firefox already, go to http://mozilla.com and get Firefox as your web browser. It will alert you of phishing sites, or sites that attempt to steal your information. After installing Firefox, go to http://siteadvisor.com and get McAfee SiteAdvisor for Firefox and that will give you a red, yellow, or green light on any website you visit. Also while you do a google search, SiteAdvisor will give you a red yellow and green light to protect you from bad websites before you visit them.

Bottom line, go to http://mozilla.com and get firefox.
After that go to http://siteadvisor.com and get McAfee SiteAdvisor.
Then go to whatever website you want to shop from and if Firefox doesn't block the page or if Siteadvisor rates it green, then you can buy from there.

Sorry if my wording is a little hard to understand. Hope you can understand!

Check the Better Business Bureau
http://www.bbb.com/
They have info on both registered and non-registered companies and several different ways to search for them: by address, phone number, web address, etc. Very informative!

check and see if there is any kind of buyer feed-back. If there are many people that didn't get burned, it's probably OK. You can never please 100% of the people, so you may find a couple of negative feed-backs. But if the overwhelming majority are satisfied, I'd say to go ahead with your buying plans.
