What would you major in? Psychology or culinary arts?

I tell you what, if I was me, I would go with the Psych deal. There are way more opportunities for you to succeed as a member of the psychological field than in the culinary field. You probably will not be on TV cooking demi-glaced waffles in a butter squash sauce in front of millions, or be the executive chef at a major 5 Star restaurant. If you go psych, you can work for the government on some level and still make some decent money doing so... and that is if Private practice doesn't go right for you. Suggestion, take some culinary courses anyway, it will not kill you to do so.

I would major in the one that I am most interested in doing for the next 20 years. If I majored in culinary arts, I would minor in business administration because I would eventually want to own my own resturant
