Why Lana left Clark in Smallvill?

in the 100th episode, Clark proposed, revealed his secret, she accepted and they were happy, but she is killed in a car accident, because Lex chased her to find out Clark's secret.

Clark went to Jor-el at the Fortress, was given a crystal to turn back time. He does, and to keep her alive, he backed out of his proposal with yet another lame Clark story, and she leaves him. In the new time line Jonathan meets Lionel, finds out that Lionel knows about Clark, and has a Heart attack. (in the first time line, he is stopped by the accident and doesn't meet Lionel and lives.)

That is why Lana dumped him, and has since hooked up with Lex, and is pregnant, but I don't know how much time has passed in the story, so whether or not it's Lex's kid is unknown yet. so, considering the track record of her Boyfriends' Fathers it is a good time to start worrying about Lionel's health

the real reason why Lana left our Clark is he broke up with her and she was fed up with so many lies and him going back and forth to her like a yo yo became too emotionally exhausted that she fell for Lex lies and is now currently with him and Lana does not end up in the Daily Planet that would be Lois Lane Let us get our Superman Folklore right people !! LOL Also Lana is currently pregnant with Lex's baby too

I know how it ends up. Lana stays in Smallville and Clark goes off to Metropolis to work at the Daily Planet. Yikes, I must be psychic, or somethin....
