Halo 3 won't be out until the end of next year. If you wait until then, sure, I'll bet there's a Halo version of the 360 by that time.
If you meant this year, you're out of luck, although there's some Halo 2 multiplayer maps, and a Halo 3 Multiplayer Demo being released early next year. Both of them are for the 360 only.

Halo Wars (3) will probably be realesed with the 360 soon after it comes out. Not sure when but with any Halo game probably

youll have to buy them seperstely unless some retailer decides to bundle them themselves
