Jim Brewer.. he was in Half Baked, and now is current host of Vh1 webjunk 20 ( a show I used to find hilarious until he started hosting.) And he always looks like he just smoke a pound of marijuana.

Dennis Miller. I loved him on snl, but when he left, he started using humour that just went way over my head. He's definately not funny.
