Serial killers give themselves a bad rap for what they have done. The media glorifies it and many think it was cool and interesting. But really it is disgusting, and serial killers should be tortured.

Oh yes. But Hollywood is working hard to overcome that.
Murder is not really much different than shoplifting or telling white lies. [sarc...] Heck you can even get a book and tv deal if you are high profile enough.
