After a long and very boring flight from the miserable rainy UK, these would be my top priorities :
1. A bar serving a very long cold beer
2. The sunshine
3. The Poms stuffing the Aussies in the Ashes cricket

I would go to a bar and try the beer. Then get to know the area from the people in the bar and then decide from that point.

Definitely the reefs; I almost made it to Austrailia when I was a teenager, but we really couldn't afford the trip. I'd love to go someday!
