actually-my goal is to run for Senate and become a Senator one day. i think a big problem is the lack of direct communication between politicians and the people they serve. plus, negative ads dont help either. but i am more than willing to go through that because i truly love america and want to serve them. i actually take criticism fairly well. i am very polite and very open-minded to peoples' responses. unfortunately, politicians have to deal with those who know nothing about the political world, or the world in general for that matter-but its freedom of speech and i support that.

You have to grow a hide as thick as a rhinos bum. The trick is just to realize that it's part of the job and deal with it. The problem is that so many politicians take criticism personally instead of applying it constructively.

There's a lot of power in politics, but there's only a few who are really suited for the job. That's why there are so many crummy politicians.

The only requirement necessary is to be totally insensitive.

Sadly, my cousin is an MP (not telling you where, but it's in London!) and he can be a perfectly ordinary cousin one second and then he switches into politician mode and becomes a glib, mendacious ars*h*le the next. Uncanny. He wasn't like this before he bacame an MP - I think...

to be a top politition you have to be a member of a illuminati secret society like blair and bush and bush's oponent kerry.this is the way they get into power and by doing this they become compramised we are heading for world government .our governments are run by world banks (the new world order).so no even if i wanted to i couldnt because im for the people not against them .in 5 to 10 years we will be living in a world wide version of modern day nazi germany.and untill the majority of the people reaseach this there plans will keep rolling along in plain view .so my answer to your question is i couldnt even if i wanted to.

I don't have the patience that politicians have. I hate the media with a passion, so I would never be elected in the first place. I'm not very good at hiding my true feelings. But I do sleep well at night though.
