ok so i went to sleep at about 1:30 woke up to go pee about 15 to 20 mins later... i felt dizzy on the way to the bathroom and back to bed but i didnt think any thing of it and went back to sleep. i woke up again about 2:30 went to the bathroom, i had slight diarreha and extreem dizzyness. i went to lay down and it just got worse, i layed there for about 45 mins and it didnt go away. i threw up about 20 mins after that. i also had a panic attick. the dizzyness started to go away after i stayed up for a little bit more so i tryed to lay down again but i got the extreem dizzyness back and ended up trowing up again... im 40 weeks and 4 days pregnant.. im not having any contraction. i just was wondering what this might be. and whats wrong with me. im so tired and i really want to go to sleep but i cant lay down. =[

i always lay on my side... and i go to the doc monday... i cant talk to my doc til then.

its now 8 am and i still feel really dizzy and cannot sleep.

You may not be able to talk to your doctor until Monday, but you can definitely go to the ER, which is what I suggest.

I had Panic Attacks during my 3 pregnancy.... It sounds to me like thats whats happening...
When I was pregnant . I said the alphabet backwards.. The reason .. Your mind is racing and inorder to get it to stop , you have to get it busy on something else..
If you have a tape on ocean waves , that helps...
Also, maybe you are overly anxious about delivering your baby.

.
Another technique that might work is breathing exercises..
Take a deep breath in thru your nose
hold for a few seconds
release slowly thru your mouth
repeat this atleast 4 times..
Due this in the best and most comfortable position you can.
Also as you are breathing , think of a warm happy place you have either visited or would like to visit.
Imagine that you are there
and the sun is shining on you and you are warm..
It really works but ya gotta concentrate ...

If all else fails , go to the emergency rom at your local hospital and don't wait for a doc.. They maybe able to prescribe you something since you are soo far along...

Hope you are better soon...

Having suffered from vestibular migraine for years. I can really appreciate when someone understands a sufferer's frustration, worry and despair. The Ultimate Vertigo Protocol is like having a real human guide you to a vertigo free life. As soon as I started to apply the method, I have noticed improvements. Now, 7 days later, it feels like living a miracle. I would highly recommend this book to I anyone with vertigo & dizziness

You may want to check with your ER doc or urgent care if your hospital provides one. You may be dehydrated. I didn't have the vomiting, but everything else I did, I also was having contractions when I was about twenty six weeks along with my youngest (he is five months). I was admitted to the hospital and had to have a saline IV for two days (it was great - not really). At this point really I think your best bet would be to talk to a doctor about what is going on. Or maybe these could be the signs of early labor and soon you'll have your new baby, best to get it checked on.

take a few really deep breaths. try to elevate your feet. if that does not work i would go to the er. i don't think that anything is wrong with the baby but they do say that its not good to get dizzy while pregnant. good luck .

Go to the ER! Your blood pressure seems to be on the rise, even tho you are not having contractions, you and the baby may be in stress. Please go the ER, it dizziness upon standing is a HUGE sign of increased blood pressure! Also dizziness while laying while in third trimester is a sign of high blood pressure Please, let me know how you are!

Go to the hospital now. You could be dizzy because of elevated blood pressure. The diarrhea could be a sign of early labor. Please go and get checked out.
