i just bought an apc universal performance intake kit but i don't know how to install it on my car. it's a 99 civic lx 4dr 4clr (auto tran), not v-tech.

haha, i did the same thing to my Civic. It's also a non-VTEC. You take out the old air filter box and tube running to the intake manifold, put the NEW filter on the NEW intake tube, and use some hose clamps to hold it to the intake manifold. There will be some little tubes that will need to be connected to the new intake TUBE, but the holes should already be there for you.

remove your stock intake system. (some is down in the passenger fender..so you gotta take off the tire/fenderliner)

Hook the Intakes tube to the Throttle body
filter goes on the end of the tube..
hook the plastic pvc tube to the Head
