To be honest its not USC it is their Conference forcing USC to play every decent team in the Rose Bowl Can you say20-miles away. Come on New Orleans is 60 miles away from Baton Rouge and people call it a home game for LSU so what about the Rose Bowl? Texas went out there and faired well. Bring on other competition swap out with the Orange Bowl Fiesta Bowl Sugar Bowl. Do away with the home field advantages. Will it make a difference? I DOUBT IT.
