probably a few months after the holiday season is over. First you have to deal with the droves of people who wanted it for themselves as soon as it came out... then there are the crazy knife-wielding Christmas moms and dads that will pillage and plunder until December 25th... then there'll be a huge wave of people who wanted to avoid getting shot and stabbed by rabid soccer moms and teenage hoodlums... they'll be coming in by the drove through January and probably February too... so I'm guessing around March it might be a bit easier.
They should have just produced 20 million of them in the first place, but I guess there are limits.

It has already been delayed by a year - so it is anybody's guess - why not just buy an Xbox 360 - its processing power is just the same and if you want HD-DVD in the future - it is compatible with whatever becomes the dominant technology. It is also a lot less expensive.

When all the people that have no life (I say that because they camp outside a Best Buy for 3 weeks to get one) can get one. Until then, there will be lines.

I would say after christmas. Give it 3-4 months and it should be out for all to have. Thats when i sit back and laugh at everyone who paid so much for it on ebay...
