Frezing, eh?

Try closing the windows, turn up the central heating, or you may consider an electric blanket / water bottle if neither of those solutions fit well.

You need to give more information.

What pages (i.e. which program?) is it freezing on?
What computer do you have and which version of Windows are you running?
Do you have enough memory?
Have you recently installed some new software?
Have you run diagnostics like Symantec?
Do you think you may have got a virus?

You need to give a lot of information before anyone can solve the problem for you - remember, with a computer it could be just about anything.

Try doing a system restore, restore your computer before it started freezing up.

It may have many many reasons. You cannot put your finger on a special reason. It may be because of your fan, power, a virus, damaged system files and many other reasons.I'd sugest you to take your PC to a technician.

Do you have enough RAM? Perhaps your computer is overheating or something else.
