Pearl, I don't know what you r going through in your life..so I will not give u a general flat answer to your serious issues. But I will tell u, a few months ago, even at my age I visited my fathers grave & I said " Boy, I m 40 & all I have had was a "bad" life"! (loneliness/overweight)
I looked around at all the graves & I received no answers I heard nothing! {thankfully}
So I walked around a little bit, that was my first answer, I could get up, move around & CHANGE my situation! I could hear, see, breathe, and I STILL have chances to make a difference! I kept walking & I saw the young soldiers that had died in Iraq, I saw childrens graves, husbands, daughters, etc...my answers were all around me. They were questioning ME! Do you REALLY want to be dead in the ground right now??!! No more chances to live, making a change, enriching someone else's life, enjoying the world ABOVE ground?!

I tell u, the saddest graves r the ones that r unkempt...obviously the ones that others have forgotten or simply no one cares about...in closing Pearl, we need u in this life, that's y u r here!!

XXOO

My boyfriend, who is in his 30s, often asks the same thing. But I always ask him to look at his life. He has a roof over his head, he has a woman and a family who love him even when we cause him stress, he has a good job, a good car . . . things are going well.

I can't assume anything about you, but you are fortunate enough to be able to ask this question from a computer. You may not own the computer, but you have access to the entire world through the internet. That is a wonderful thing in itself. You clearly have something good, so it's not all bad.

You also have a heart and a brain. The fact that you asked this question means you are thinking about happiness. And that you are able to do that is another reason to be happy.

You may not have exactly what you want, and that may be depressing you. You may also have had a string of crappy events that may be making you sad as well. And that sucks. But everyone goes through it.

Remember not to take what you have for granted. Take a closer look at everything around you and ask what makes you happy. If you can't find anything, try looking at things in a new light and asking, "What would life be like if I didn't have this?"

Life is absolutely worth living. Without it, you wouldn't have been able to ask this question.

I've had this feeling in life, and I just want to hug you and tell you everything will be OK. So **hug**! Everything will be OK if you let it be OK.

It's not all bad. You may think it is, but your attitude can sometimes exacerbate things. A positive outlook can actually improve the results of any endeavor you may take. Don't give up so easily. No one said life was easy. It's hard. It can be gruelling. The trick is to find the things in life that make you happy and work towards them. Those things are your goals, everything else is a means to those ends.

You are here for a reason, life is not always a bed of roses, everybody has both good and bad times. Just keep a stiff upper lip, keep your head held high, and be confident in yourself.
There is always a point to living.

well there friend, you must not be so pesimistic ..life is only said to be bad when you say it is bad... we should treasure our lives..try looking at something as full, the brighter side of life..
yes without doubt there is always up and downs in our life, some people have it worse by having bad in most of the time of their life..however you must live with determination in believing that you will get a chance to see the brighter side of life...
if things are really bad at the final, you wouldn't regret it since you have already tried your best.. that is why people should continue to live on though they are suffering from badness in their life!!!

You ARE living so that's a good thing. Life is not black and white but countless shades of gray, each having the possibility to reveal a gem. It's a matter of perception really. Open yourself to the possibility of happiness and in doing so, happiness will be drawn to you. :)

There are good times in your life and there are bad times. When you are dead you don't experience any new things good or bad.
