What can you do to ensure that your funeral goes exactly like you want it? I remember that when my Grandfather died my grandmother had his entire funeral done catholic style...and My grandfather would have hated that...he wasn't catholic he was Pentacostal and he spoke many times to the rest of his family about how much he didn't want to have anything to do with the Catholic faith(my grandmother is catholic) So after seeing this how can I make sure this doesn't happen to me....I know a will could state your wishes but how can you be sure they actually go through with what you want. I mean your dead so it doesn't matter but seriously, I really want it to reflect me and not what my family wants. Any suggestions?

This is a serious question...and yes I know that I will be dead and it won't matter.

If your family doesn't do what you want then come back and haunt them...hahaha. Actually if you don't trust your family to do the arrangments then find an outside party to do it. My friend adam's mom had her friend do all the arrangments rather then her husband because he had too many mental issues to do it herself. So if you want you can get a legalized document that allows you to prevent your family from doing it and allowing someone else to do it instead.

Most if not all Funeral homes these days allow you to pre-pay and plan your funeral. Find one and set it all up. Also, a living will with your wishes (A regulare will will not be read till days or weeks after your dead). Even still, if your spouse or life partner is a horses butt about it, they can pretty much still ruin your plans.

I think there is no need to worry about it. The body is only a package for the soul which when leaves the package, it is left only to be disposed off. Nobody keeps a mere package.
How this useless package is disposed of is not a question to worry or even think about.

Make your own funeral home arrangements. Leave your instructions in writing with them, with your family members, and with the person (priest, minister?) who will officiate. You could also make it a condition of the will that your instructions are carried out to the letter.
