Costume designers and pattern makers need to be paid for their work. There are lots of patterns in the pattern store. If you go to Jo-Ann fabric, some of theirs are less than $2.00. The patterns come with instructions.

Buy a pattern from JoAnn Fabrics (or wherever) and it instructions are included.
