Both - it's just like the larger consoles. One has better grapgics, but the other has different gaming options. We had the DS when it first came out & then traded it in for a PSP. Missed the DS so much, that we got another one!

PSP, simply because I have seen and tested both, and PSP is better for graphics, multimedia access, and the same online connectivity.

psp becausethe screens bigger and they can go online do music photos videos etc and ds can only use games
