It is not so much cold as it is time exposure. Snowmobile suit and full face helmet fogging up. I can stand about 45 minutes then start to shiver so bad I cannot control the bike. I try to find large cars to ride behind. The threshold from warm days to cold days is about 50 degrees while riding. Wind chill charts are on the national weather service web site.

Just do a google search under "wind chill factor". I'm sure you'll find a chart in less than a fraction of a second.

My guess would be to get a wind chill chart. Use your MPH as wind speed and the real air temp. http://observe.arc.nasa.gov/nasa/earth/wind_chill/chill_wcscript.html. This web site has a easy to use calculator.
