in order to help the poor we should give them farms not food .

There is a saying. "Give me a fish and feed me for a day, teach me to fish and feed me for a lifetime."
You need to write about solving the problem with education, not handouts. Giving someone a farm is no enough. You have to educate them how to use it. It some cases, giving the poor a farm may be impractical, but educating them, teaching them basic skills, finding them a job, is better.

I lived in Germany for eight years while in the Army. What they do over there is that they give the poor and the homeless all jobs which includes full medical. Everyone there has full medical. So I think we should do the same. But you know what they say, give a man a fish he can feed his family for a day, teach a man to fish and he can feed his family forever.

It is probably a good idea, providing the land is not ravaged by war or drought. If they can be given the resources to grow their own food, this would help them far more. However, in some countries with constant wars, etc, this is not always possible and giving them food is the next best option.

thats is no good just giving them food they also need 2 work 2 get their living.
so if u give them a farm they can work themselves and grow their own food and they wont feel so hopeless so u can write alot about that and also if u give them food u r like
insulting them by making out as if they cant work!!
