Schools and schools for the disabled can generally use them, I think they like the whole computer to use as a teaching aide. Any organization for helping the handi-capped that has a low budget.

there are various places like womens shelters and catholic charities. places like the empty tomb , because they give to the needy who are starting over after fires and people who have no money to buy these things.look under charity organizations.
