I figuered it all out. That ugly empty space in the center of it is caused by the google toolbar. Therefore, remove that and it will go away. With that out of the way, Internet Explorer 7 is the best yet!

I used to us IE a while ago, but too many hackers target IE with viruses. There are faster browsers out there I used instead. I dont like the fact IE isnt a tabbed browser while just about every other browser is. Anyway if you like it stay with it. Have fun.

after i downloaded ie7 it wont work at all now, it starts installing and then right at the end of installing it stops and says can not complete installation, restart to see trouble shooting tips, so i am using firefox and happy as can be with it.....minus the part where it wont let me do microsoft updates
