Is it consumerism gone wild?
Is it poor diet?
Is it poor exercise habits?
Is it because they like to be obese?
Is it sexy?
Everytime I come home to America I notice that the people are more obese. Even the kids are obese.
And the people are all looking somehow the same. Pudgy faces, 2 to 3 chins, all the figures on men and women interchangeable.
Where is Jack LeLane when you need him?
Richard Simmons is loving it I bet though.
What do you think? Am I crazy or is it like that?

They have never taken a good look in the mirror, and anyway, it is hard to get the same view of yourself that others get from a distance.

No, you're literally not loopy ... a huge percentage of people are overweight . i imagine that that's because of negative nutrition routine and negative exercising . there are an excellent type of quick nutrition eating places and different gadgets in u . s . a . of america and that i imagine that that's extra tempting to eat tasty ingredients than healthful ingredients . And that's extra accessible to play video games / hobbies without doing too a lot circulation ( ex : Play Stations , digital video games , watching too television , staying too lengthy on the workstation ) than going outdoors or to the wellness club and do events ( that are good for the body ) like operating , hiking , playing : tennis ; basketball ; volleyball ; and so on . You are right and it's all the above, except I don't find obese sexy. If you dig a little in history, you will find that obesity also parallels decadence in a society as well.
Americans, as a whole, are that way because it is easy for them. It probably starts with a "happy" meal and, of course, as you get older you can supersize it.

The Mc Donalds, Pizza Huts, King Burgers, KFCs and all such eating joints plus fuzzy drinks, lead to obesity irrespective of nationality.
The disease is now going all over the world.

I'd also blame it on the instant,right now,don't work for it society America is falling into.Computers,TVs,video games,fast food,all that stuff.
However don't look past the fact that some people like to blame problems on everything else than themselves.They know they are fat,but chose not to do anything about it.

They eat too much, plain and simple, then they sit on their huge backsides while watching TV or the computer, most are watching TV because the computer would take some effort of thought.
They do not exercise ANY!!! Not even to clean house. Why bother, most of it they can probably just eat anyway.

I call it the Revenge of the Animals. They are fattening them up with
chemicals, so they have more meat to sell and make more money. And those
chemicals are in the meat, and are fattening US up!
