no--this sounds like one of those scam lotteries

don't send them any money (I'm guessing they asked for a 'prize fee', right?); why would anyone PAY money to get money?

House of Research? I'm not sure. I get so many crap e-mails telling me that I've won money that I don't even bother looking at them... and neither should you. They're ALL scams that are trying to separate you from your money. They don't want to give YOU money. Be smart.
