Sorry to say the Raiders. I have had the misfortune of seeing them play several times this year. The most alarming problem was not being able to get off the ball without getting a procedure call. The don't have a current worthy starting quarterback. I don't know why they thought Brooks would be any more consistent in Oakland he was terrible in New Orleans too. Walter is not ready. The defence has been adequate but if you don't score you don't win. The worst problem is the lack of effort and commitement by the players. The lounge around during the game albeit what is shown on TV. And they complain in the media (Porter and Moss). The stars of a team should motivate the team not destroy it with poor attitude.

Record-wise it's Arizona, but there's a lot of talent on that team. Dennis Green is so gone after this season.
Talent-wise, I'd have to go with Oakland, especially on the offensive side of the ball. They can't block, they can't run, they don't have a QB who can hit a bullet with a broad side of a barn. All they have is Moss, and I'm not even sure he's that talented any more. They've got a very young and very talented defense, but that offense may be the worst the NFL has seen in a good 40 years.

Buffalo by far..even though I am a fan,I have no faith in their organization for drafting lineman, even when Jim Kelly was there,he hit the dirt quite a few times.
They cannot decide on a quarterback,Lossman is the current one, even though the team itself has stated on more than one occasion that they would rather have Kelly Holcomb the backup who won more games than Lossman last year but was benched because of the idiocy of the Bills front office decisions.
The Bills in their heyday had a good core of receivers and running backs, with a long snapper ,that no other team in the league had signed on their roster. They put emphasis on special teams which probably was one of the main keys of their success. This year the Bills do have an exceptional special teams runner in McGee,not (Mcgahee the injured star running back).
Even as good as Mcgahee is,he still had problems gaining over 100 yards in a game because of the ineffectiveness on the front offensive line.
Lossman is not a mobile quarterback,Holcomb is,which is what the Bills need to compete to at least get to .500 this season. The Cowboys changed their quarterback, dumping the former Bills quarterback Drew Bledsoe because he wasn't mobile either.
There you have it ..my answer the Buffalo Bills as the wost team in the league right now.

Detroit.
Whoever said Oakland, is ignorant. How could you say that about a team who ranked 9th overall in defense, and 2nd in pass defense? Ignorant.
Yeah their record stinks, but there are by FAR not the worst team in the NFL.

I'll say Tennessee. They have a chance at winning 1 more game this season. I don't think I have seen a team play so consistently horrible.
