YES!
Amniotic sacs can reseal AND even if it doesn't your amniotic fluid is replaced every 24 hours so your body will just keep making more.
Take a bunch of vitamin C though, it will help prevent infection and may strengthen the amniotic sac (it works best if you take it during the first trimester, but it may still help)
If you are leaking you will need to be monitored more closely for fluid levels and foetal stress. Fluid levels can be monitored by just measuring your fundal height, have your care provider show you how to do it so you can do it every day at home. That way you can avoid too many ultrasounds. Also be sure to keep a kick count as that is a good indication of foetal health.

The short answer is a qualified maybe. My first advice would be to call your OB ASAP. This is a serious problem because if the fluid is leaking, there is a high risk for infection, which is dangerous for both of you. They will test to see if it is really amniotic fluid you're leaking, and if so you will probably spend some time in the hospital and then be put on strict bedrest in the hopes of maintaining your pregnancy to a point where the baby will be in less peril if it's born. Sometimes the leak will seal itself over, but not always. They have ways to replenish the supply of amniotic fluid if enough isn't produced naturally. If they determine you are running a fever or have other signs of infection, they may have to deliver the baby early. Hopefully the stakes are not that high...

I leaked amniotic fluid during my 4th month and didn't know it and I delivered at 20weeks. I've heard that if you start leaking fluid then you'll deliver soon. There is also a chance of the tear closing back up if put on strick bed rest.. Good Luck!!!

Probably not without some medical help, with it leaking you are at a very high risk for infection. I met a girl who's started to leak at 22 weeks, the sewed her up put her in the hospital for the rest of her pregnancy she wasnt even allowed to stand up, she was on antibiotics. She made it to 34 weeks and had a health child

No, I knew of a lady who lost her baby at 30 weeks because she never knew that she was leaking amniotic fluid, that fluid is very important, it is what your baby swallows and it is what allows your baby to move around and live, See your doctor and ask what is the best thing to do, they will probably put you in labor.

No I do not believe so. Amniotic fluid is important to your baby and his/her growth. If you experienced a leak or think you did go to the doctors right now.
