Best thing to do is close your eyes and take deep breaths...as many as it takes. Then stop and think of all the good things you're grateful for. It will put things in a better perspective. Also, think of the worst case scenario in the situation. Facing that will eliminate alot of "fear of the unknown". Also, if the pressure last for a few days/weeks...be sure to get exercise. It's the best way to relieve stress!

I work out, sometimes to the point of exhaustion. It helps to clear my mind and I get a great workout. I just go to the garage and start beating the hell out of my heavy bag, or haulin' @ss on the treadmill. Works for me
