And "Force 10 from Navarone " and "Guns of Navarone " too.
I have read just H.M.ULYSSES . This story requires a lot of patience to read through . But it is a great story about How men face Extreme Adversity and their sacrifice. As for the rest I have seem Movies but have not read the novels. But a lot of people like Alistair McLean's Novels.

Fear is the key is one of his book.
Still got some collection of his book.
Knowledge is a good hobby in kicking someone else butts in planet of apes.
There's a movie about the robot expose on why the robot were searching for knowledge while living human kind were lazy to read in planet of apes
It expose that knowledge is vital for the survival and advancement of living human kind in planet of apes.
But living human kind were wasting their time with computer games and ghost stories in planet of apes.
Wonder who were at loss and stranded in planet of apes?

I read every book that man wrote and enjoyed every single one of them. Almost all were mad into movies (Guns of Navarrone, Ice Station Zebra, Where Eagles Dare, Fear is the Key) and I wish they'd do movies of the rest.
