No you may not. I will only allow it if you call it quandaphobia
with a "u". Just my 10 cents worth on coining words.

Along with daniel's restriction of requiring a "u" (lol) the ending "phobia" should only be used if the meaning includes "fear of..." Creating a new word doesn't mean you get to throw out the rules of the existing words. Otherwise...coin away.

Should be "quandaphilia" or "quandamania" depending on the degree of severity.
