The old girl still looks pretty good for 65. She is indeed a charmer, has an extraordinary knowledge of music, and has written a whole lot more good songs than most people realize. She also has had one of the longest careers for a woman in history, only Aretha Franklin and Tina Turner have her beat, unless Marianne Faithfull counts... Fave Dolly songs: Jolene Touch Your Woman In My Tennessee Mountain Home I'm not a fan of any of her movies, but "Steel Magnolias" was probably the best of them.

I like most of Dolly's songs;ironically,I met Dolly at her park(Dollywood) last year for the opening of the Christmas lights in the park.

I like Dolly Parton, but I don't know many of her songs, the one l like is "Coat of many colours", but thats about all he songs l know.

I like 9 to 5 and Islands In the Stream. I also like when I get to where I am going her duet with Brad Paisley.
I think she was great in Steel Magnolias.
