i have two funded offers from different universities,should I just tell one of them I am not interested or can I secretly do both PhDs in different universities at the same time ?

Congratulations! You really have to make decision though. Why would you
do anything in secret? We only do in secret what we would be ashamed
to do publicly. Don't compromise yourself. Pick one and make the best

Sure, go for both PhDs.
People from Bob Jones University do it all the time.
Of course you have to get your doctorate in Crime and Criminology or Communications.

I don't think you should try to do it secretly & thereby jeopardize both. Find out if it's possible to do both (would it fit into your schedule, is it feasible? Is it allowed?) If it isn't then you will have to choose whichever is best for you.
