I have owned this model car, mine was black and had a hotrod 350 in it. I literally gave ($0) it to a buddy back in 1985 after I moved on to nitrous fed big block Chevelle's . As far as current value , I would say $3000-4000 , I don't recommend getting in too deep on this car... even though it is kinda neat . What painting resources you have available to you will be a factor in deciding if it is worth the effort. With an 'ok' paint job, I think the car could bring $3500-4500. You might want to consider Hemmings or Auto Trader when you get ready to sell it, lots of enthusiast / gearheads read those, uh..like myself.

With the car in such great shape and all the work done I would say that you have more of a specialty car instead of a used driver type.
If you go to a dealer they will tell you it is an old car and not take into account the work and rarity of the car. They look at how much they can make on a car not what it is worth.
This would be priced more like a streetrod.

what did you put in to the car then look in the blue book and then go to a used car dealer and ask them what they would give you then add half of what you put in and start there if it sells for even money you did not do a good jub if you get a profit then try with a better car...

I have been selling cars since i was 10 years old half of whta you put into a car is the startion point say 1000 so you need to get 2000 out start at 1800... good luck..
