PORTUGAL-C.ronaldo-he is a total package..he can pass tackle ..Great finisher and he is loyal to his Country

BRAZIL-Kaka-Great player few have his vision ,touch and accuracy in shooting

FRANCE-since Zizou retired i think that Thierry henry is the best finisher and striker in France

ITALIA:FABIO CANNAVARO..Cannavaro has the best combinations of smarts strength and leadership he is the most technically gifted defender

ARGENTINA:LIONEL MESSI:Highly creative..He is a versatile left footed player who can play either in middle or either wings or even as centre forward...He is a player who is destined to have a agreat future

GERMANY:i say MICHAEL BALLACK who has made great heroic acts to Germany in 2002 and 2006 and he is the german legend

ENGLAND:FRANK LAMPARD:he will be the leader of England in the following years now that Beckham is gone..He has an explosive sprint and trememdous shots..

Portugal: Cristiano Ronaldo
Brazil: Ronaldinho (I would also consider Kaka)
France: Thierry Henry
Italy: Andrea Pirlo
Argentina: Lionel Messi
Germany: Bastian Schweinteiger
England: Steven Gerrard
Sweden: Freddie Ljungberg (Zlatan is a player who shows his brilliance only a few times to be considered)
Poland: Maciej Zurawski
Uruguay: Alvaro Recoba
Australia: Harry Kewell (currently injured, so I would also consider Tim Cahill or Mark Bresciano)
Japan: Nakamura
USA: Eddie Jones
Mexico: Blanco

Well, some may not play for their national teams, such as Blanco, and you will see that the players I mentioned are not really team players, but they show nice individual skills and if you wanted the best team-player in these teams, then it would be another list.
