i am trying to get some qualification to work in non governmental organizations in europe and africa

Regardless of age, you must have an undergraduate degree before you can attempt graduate work (towards a Masters or a PhD).

Their are pre requisites before you go to PhD. You cannot just jump to the top of the stairs without stepping through the lower rungs of the stairs.

Unfortunately everyone has to do the undergrad gig to do the PhD
the colleges want their $$ for the mundane classes required
