When you are out dining and you have hot peppers in your food to spice it up.....where do you place the hot peppers you are not going to eat? On you plate, napkin or where?

I personally don't like hot food.. as in peppers etc.

So i normally leave them to the side of the plate.
The tradition of eating everything on your plate for one isn't healthy.
And i have left salads at times due to over drenching in oil.

So leaving things on your plate is OK.
Napkins should be folded after use and placed beside the plate..
Not to cover up food you haven't eaten.

Someone once told me that to make others feel relaxed is good manners. It doesn't really matter what you do but how you do it -
so to ask the company if they would mind? Everyone is different - Or at least warn, if you are going to something bizarre.Perhaps see what's not required on the plate, removing it first, before eating, I heard was good manners. Trust your constitution!

I'd put them on the edge of my plate. that way you can use your napkin, and they aren't on the table or anywhere that's shared with other people.

place it in a pile on the edge of the plate. this allows you to coontinue using the napkin.
