The clone should have soul. Even though its creation will be different, the clone of a human being will be another human being which do have breath, body, thoughts and so on. Thus it will also have a unique soul also. Bible clearly says all living beings have souls. Thus the cloned human being will also have a soul. Not in the same sense, but Eve can be compared as a clone of Adam. But when Eve was created out of Adam, the soul and thoughts of Eve seem different.

Depends, I see where your question is heading, but since I believe we are from clones and we have set our basis human rights, if the persons being clone for field help than yes, if they are being cloned just to throw out into the world and act as a bonified human than no, because these clones were clone for someones agenda and will serve there master.

Nice question. You are starting to see the light, but I don't know if you will reach the end. No god, no soul.
About the rights. Have you thought it twice?, whats the difference between a person and its clone? have you seen the island?
The clone should has the same rights as the rest if not more.

The whole idea of cloning is simply a clear disrespect for the creator of life our heavenly father in heaven and this wicked idea will not succeed no matter how much money will be put into it,so stop worrying about it.

The act of cloning, itself, is morally illicit -- but any persons who come into the world as a result are still human beings worthy of dignity and respect. The morally illicit act of cloning is not their fault.
It's similar to Christian teaching regarding premarital sex. Such sex is morally illicit, but any children that result from it are still equal to everyone else in God's eyes.

Clones are so great. Mines chained in the basement. Who cares if she has a soul, she can't speak any language and is HOT! She loves me though, I can tell because she hasn't chewed the stainless steel chain in two and escaped yet.

a human clone would be an abomination to God and should have no human rights on an equal level with His creation of man.

what a preposterous idea and stupid lack of thinking. Of Course! It matters not how the person was conceived. Humans are made of male and female chromosomes and blah blah and souls.

All humans having human DNA should be guaranteed equal rights. Clones, elderly, retarded, handicapped, unborn, every race, sex, or religeous affiliation. Jesus died for all of mankind.
