Unless things are different where you live, she should not have been able to go to another county to swear to a warrant. And she shouldn't have been able to swear to the warrant without police involvement.
Your best bet is to do the following:
1. Contact the police that took the original report and get a copy of the report or at least the report number.
2. Contact at least one nasty attorney. Remember, a nice guy attorney does you no good here. You'll want to defend yourself against the arrest charge AND file malicious prosecution charges against your accuser and possibly a civil case, too.
3. It wouldn't be a bad idea to have any witnesses write down what they remember. Provide these statements to your lawyer.
4. If police from either county come to arrest you, for Pete's sake, cooperate. Call your attorney as soon as you can if and when you are booked (photographed & fingerprinted.) It wouldn't hurt to cry because your attorney will want to be able to prove you were extremely distressed by the ordeal.

Your positioned up is complicated. You ask approximately submitting a faux police checklist, and consult with a "summons to courtroom on expenditures...." yet then say "they are suing for $a million,050" those are inconsistent. Are you being sued, or are you dealing with criminal expenditures? or the two? in the event that they filed a *police checklist* then that checklist is very secure. We as a society choose for to 'inspire' human beings to checklist even 'suspected' criminal interest to the police, so it extremely is intentionally made very confusing to take civil action against people who checklist crimes that prove to on no account have occurred. If it extremely is shown that the police checklist substitute into maliciously filed, then the pals might nicely be criminally charged by utilising the police. in case you face only a civil healthy, then regrettably, lost wages are actually not a recoverable cost in battling it. File a report against her and also try to sue her in a civil court. If this sort of thing is allowed to exist in America, then I think it would be better simply to fold the country down.

Stop hitting her in the eye and spitting in her face. I find it hard to believe you are so innocent. Maybe you didn't hit her in the face it was just a slap. Maybe you didn't spit in her face you were just in her face yelling. But to say to are exonerated from all this and this report is completely false? Please.
