My husband and I had our first daughter just this June. I'm 19, he is 23, graduated, and a Naval Officer. I'm working on becoming an RN. The question here is do we wait until our daughter is five to have another baby, or do we start planning out one for when she's two? I have two sisters, and I'm closer wtih my older sister (we are two years apart), whereas my younger sister I barely relate to (we are four years apart). What should I do? Would it be best to just wait that long? Or is it still possible to finish up a degree with two young children?

It is totally up to u both to decide. you are young, now studing.

I would suggest you to concentrate on your career now. By this time your first baby is going to grow and will be about 3- 3 1/2 years. Then get another baby is fine.

you will be able to do your studies with much of concentration too. By that time you also will be 22 or 23.

Your first baby will be able to appreciate the younger one and the same time love too.

If you could wait till you get your RN, Your pocket will have ample of money and extra time for your family.

Ask yourself what is more important? Career or children? If career then finish school- you can have more children later but you will have children with very little in common. And further more, as my opinion only, I feel children need to be raised by thier moms. If you live to be 80, whats spending 5 years at home raising your kids? I say if a strong family is what you want- have your kids closer together- stay at home until the smallest one goes to school. Maybe you can squeeze in a few online courses. Enjoy your family- Enjoy being a mom. You only get to do those years and make those choices once.
You will make plenty of money in the future- you will have tons of opportunities, dont rush that.

You are only 19..I really suggest finishing your education first. 4 years is not that far apart at all.
