Does mixing marijuana and paracetamol have negative effects?

Could there be side effects if somebody smokes marijuana and then takes a paracetamol?

Marijuana might intensify the effects of the paracetamol. You might get really high. If you are concerned, take a toke or two now and then wait for half an hour or so. If there's no negative effects, smoke the whole joint.

Ok real talk, ive smoked marijuana for 10 years, no medical side effects, however I have an ulcer from drinking as a minor, and herpes from having unprotected sex at 17, with a girl i was stupid enough to get with who I thought was "the one" tell me more about how marijuana is the worst thing out there? ******* idiots!!!!!! granted my answer is not as detailed as the man above me (who makes a good point) but come on man, marijuana will not cause you to DIE, do you really want to eat fast food and jerk off, work a job until the end of time? Its a plant, our creater obviously made it for a reason. You dont have to smoke it, but what I do see is people who do not smoke get involved in other peoples lifes through a moral/religous/holier than thou stand point......STEP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!

not at all. smoking weed is prob more effect for pain than paracetalmol so theres really no need to ever take them together and if you did, threre would be no effect!!!!!!!!!!
