Some days I feel like I'm the only person on this site who is a) not a Christian AND b) doesn't really have a problem with Christians. Sure, there are annoying ones, but I don't think that has to do with their religion. There are annoying everything else's too.
Anyone else? For that matter, is there anyone else whose personal beliefs actually go directly against Christianity (atheists, Wiccans, etc.) but still don't have a problem with them?

mimi, please explain to me how not having a problem with Christians means I don't care about people. Or somebody else explain that to me. I really don't get that at all.

You aren't alone. Christianity has never appealed to me but I don't have a problem with Christians. Many of my friends find Christianity to be very fulfilling and I am tuly happy for them. I don't care for those who are rude when they proselytize, but I don't think that they represent the average Christian but rather the vocal minority. And I don't judge groups based on their vocal minority.

I'm with you. I'm not sure whether i'm a Christian or not. I don't beleive in Religion and don't go to church. But do I try to live by the teachings of Jesus? Sure do.
I think anyone has the right to believe what they want, especially if it makes them a better person. Where I part company is when a religion says something to the effect of "we are the ONLY path to God and if you do not join US you will

I'm Wiccan, and many people believe that it's antithetical to Christianity, and therefore "evil". I don't have a problem with Christians in general, just the ones who believe that it is good to treat others badly just because of a difference in faith.

I'm an atheist and the only time i have a problem with religion is at 8:30am Sunday morning when they knock at the door and try to jam it down my throat apart from that there is no issue

One of the greatest things about living in the US is we all can believe what we want to- yes there are those who belive completely differently but are NOT annoying and those who do both...
I will fight for your right to believe what you want to the death even if I do not agree because the one thing we do agree on is we all should be able to disagree!

i dont have a problem with anyone and find the teachings in Christianity beautiful ..
i may not agree with many of their beliefs but thats fine ..
and my beleifs is far from Christian ones

I am an atheist and tend to stay away from religious people in the real world. none of my friends are religious. you are not alone on here. it's just that a lot of atheists are tired of being persecuted and reported.

I feel it is right to actively go against Christianity. I feel it is a millstone around the neck of humanity-a barrier to advancement and for that reason alone I am deliberately hostile to Christianity.

I am an Atheist and I do not base my dislike for anyone on their choice of religion, in fact my husband is a christain, as silly as I think he is I still love him deeply. It is someones actions that causes me to dislike them.

having a problem with them is a sign that you care.however you sound like you don't have a gift of caring about other pple's lives.ideas and views.you need to care in order to understand human nature as well as your own self.
