OK I've taken the bait.
I don't agree with any of your answers, for the following reasons:
1. There is no refrigerator large enough (currently being manufactured) to hold a giraffe. So you can't just open the door and put it in.
2. You don't necessarily have to take the Giraffe out of the fridge because question 2 was how to put an elephant into A fridge. You did not say it was the same fridge, so it is reasonable to conclude that it was a general fridge not the specific one.
3. The elephant can attend the conference because question 2 said HOW do you put an elephant in a fridge. It did not command you to do so, and did not assume that you had done so.
I think the correct answer is the Lion. Because the Lion is a king, and he would be sat on his throne and the conference would be at his palace.
4. This could be correct, but is ambiguous. The expression "all the animals" might refer to "an example of every species of animal" (like Noah's arc) so if there is more than one actual crocodile then there will be some remaining in the river to chew on your toes as you swim across.

you do NOT have to take the giraffe out , if the fridge is big enough to put a giraffe in, I am sure you can squeeze the elephant in also. However, I would let them both out to attend the meeting since it is being held by the Lion King.

Priceless, my good man, priceless. I went 0-for-4. Does that qualify me to be President? I mean, President Shrub may not know how to get a giraffe into a refrigerator, but he can take a country with a lot of desert (like Iraq) and turn it into a quagmire.

I've heard this test before..but when I did it i didn't know I was supposed to answer the questions linking on from the last. By the end you manage to get it, it's quite easy when you think about it.
One thing with question two, the answer is the same as first - you didn't say it was the same refrigerator.

But there is nothing inherent in the question that specifies that it is the same refrigerator! You need to work on question composition! (Trust me, I teach pedants!)
