I had two major c-sections and have had hell trying to lose weight.... mainly in my stomach area where the stomach muscles had been cut. Any ideas or suggestions? And from a medical standpoint or personal knowledge standpoint, how likely is it that I can regain some semblance of my original prepregnancy stomach without some kind of surgery? I am not fat or anything but I do seem to have "loose skin" ... any remedies for this as well?

Well I had my c-section 14yrs. ago and I am still fighting the rolls. I am not fat at 165lbs. but I want the stomach flatter so I have been going to the gym and working in the pool. Swimming laps has helped so I add the gym also I lost 4 sizes of my pants size so with both I am getting it down. Good Luck

You can try that tybo stuff it seems to work on a lot of people. Or you can buy a home gym set like I have and just exercise 3 times a week to stay in shape. I'm also a thin person and my baby skin is hard to lose at my age (40 +). Its best to get at it when the muscles and skin are still lose from the c-sections. But don't exercise to soon after it though.
