How do you change the name of the window in microsoft access?

The blue bar in the very top left corner of the screen, not the window containing tables etc,

thats not a correct answer. you can change the title of the window, not just the name of the document

in the menu bar hit:

tools-startup-application title

I dont think you can completely change the caption displayed by Access without resorting to API calls you might try the Microsoft website.
You can add text to the Application Windows caption by using:
Form.Caption = "Your Text Here".
