anyone familiar with skype function and webcam?

since i have updated to the newest version of Skype, i canot see others on webcam but they can see me. the image window of the other party flashes around the rim, but nothing really show as a video chat. What is the best solution so we can see each other?

first you should uninstall it and then install it again , 1st the old version then the new one .ok

you will find the difference
