thats a very scary question. there was no earth there was no space, there was no universe. WHAT WAS THERE?????? scary to think

GOD did not make earth or the universe, we did!! God is the ultimate reality he has nothing to do with this universe because all of it is a trick of mind. no matter what you do in life you will never be totally satisfied or you will be satisfied for a short while and then you will have to look for something else to keep you entertained enough so you don't deal with the real issue that troubles your inner being. Nothing that is fake will satisfy anybody, and this whole universe is fake. an illusion of universal mind on it self, the EGO!! so the question must be "where were you! before you made this universe fool you??

Before he created earth etc., God was creating a special hell for people who ask questions like "Where was God before he made the Earth"?

the universe is projected on god ,much like a cinema projector screen but in the context of consciousness.god is existence absolute this implies god is eternal or eternity by nature,god is the true self existent and is everywhere,before the universe the idea occupied before was god and this universe was projected from god ,on god .the universe exist in the mind of the individual animal only and is of the nature of illusion taken to be real out of intuitive ignorance

God was in Heaven, his dwelling place. His existence is not dependent on the exeistence of our universeo rour earth.

To ask that question (questions of "before") means that you are looking for an answer that relates to time. But time, as we know it, is a human thing that can't be applied to God. God was, is and always will be. It's a hard concept to grasp, as it defies what our human minds can understand.
