So how do I get these guys to fish??

What on earth is a dippie??? I have already gotten to level 2 in farming and construction and close to getting science.

First you have to accumulate enough tech points to purchase the first step in farming. Then you throw the dippies in the ocean, lol. After you have cleared the beach, of course.
