i do not recognize if its the finest yet I do a three day chop up operating 2 body parts in step with consultation, then giving it one week of finished relax. something like this. Mondays: Legs/triceps Weds: decrease back/biceps Sat: chest/shoulders also some ab artwork after each and each and every exercising consultation.
